Brian Bartley is a distinguished finance professional with over 25 years of experience leading Corporate Finance
for global organizations in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Automotive sectors, including The Clorox Company, Nissan North America, and Nestlé USA. Brian’s expertise spans P&L Management, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Margin Optimization, Capital Investments, Financial Reporting, and SOX Compliance.
In his most recent role as Associate Director and Go-To-Market Finance Lead at The Clorox Company, Brian
specialized in Finance Strategy, Revenue Growth Management, and Margin Optimization, driving enterprise-wide planning and managing a $2 Billion revenue portfolio. His leadership included developing financial models for capital investments and product launches, optimizing ROI for all commercial and brand investments, and supporting investor relations and M&A activities.
Brian’s earlier career includes Finance roles at Nissan North America and Nestlé USA, where he led budgeting,
forecasting, ROI analysis, capital investments, fixed assets, and brand management for multi-billion dollar brands.
He has a proven track record leading cross-functional teams across finance, sales, marketing, supply chain, and
manufacturing, which resulted in significant sales growth, operational efficiencies, and margin transformation.

business development, and wealth advisory services, leveraging his proprietary Path-to-Profitability Framework™.
